Paek Pal Ki Gwuhn:

This fist is also sometimes called a hammer fist. What makes Paek Pal Ki Gwuhn different is (1) the position of the fist, and (2) the striking area of the fist. The position of the fist in Paek Pal Ki Gwuhn is like a normal fist, but with the first of the pinky finger joints extended. As you may have fingered out, with this fist you dont use the knuckles of the hand to strike, but instead you use the "knife edge" of the hand(The part of the hand which is struck when performing a knife hand), or rather the meaty part of the hand that is in align with the pinky. This fist is often used in place of doing a back fist(Gwak Gwuhn).
