Ahn Sohn Mohk Soo, or Inside Wrist Grab Techniques, are similar to Sohn Mohk Soo, but require the aggressor to grab the practitioner's wrist with the opposite hand. Ahn Sohn Mohk Soo consists of 6 techniques, which are submission holds, joint breaks, and joint locks.
